11/7/25 Electrician came out to diagnose outlet not working. Outlet was only reading 40 V. Electrician found the outlet to be bad. Electrician replaced outlet. Everything is now reading correct.

Installed a new GFCI and bubble cover, and cut back the burnt wires to the new sheathing. Looked at the panel and the neutral were double tapped. Separated all the neutral and cut the sheet hung back with a new line of copper to have better connections.
