On time, received text with picture of Kobe & # to call if had any questions which to me is sign of professionalism. Kobe very professional & answered all my questions. Proceeded to check electrical outlets that went well. Double switch outlet was not working, switches were warm so he replaced them, house 15 years+ so instead of replacing the 2 floodlights installed 4 new ones on house corners. He came back the next morning & finished up other work . Overall I was pleased with his work & will recommend this company to others in my subdivision.

Dalton was our technician and did a great job communicating his expected arrival, introducing himself upon arrival, and taking care of the issue. He went through details of his visit and gave us information on Mr. Value's home inspection, which we decided to do.
