Had an exhaust fan issue in our bathrooms and called Mr. Value to have a look. Dalton was our technician and did a great job communicating his expected arrival, introducing himself upon arrival, and taking care of the issue. He went through details of his visit and gave us information on Mr. Value's home inspection, which we decided to do. Dalton did a great job thoroughly checking our electrical system and going through each recommendation. All in all a great job and we would definitely recommend Mr. Value to others.

Showed on time, very knowledgeable, reasonable price
Mr. Value - but, like, for real.
Stefanie - Dawsonville, GA 30534
The electrician was on time, gave a fair estimate, and was communicative about looking for the part. Based on those communications, I can tell he really worked to find the breaker thing I needed. He also had a soothing voice and calm manner. His resting heart rate is probably like 50 bpm. But I super appreciate that characteristic about a person who is working on the circuitry for my home.
EV Charger Install, Great Experience!

Tech John installed a surge protector in garage breaker panel. Any circuits that had to be relocated were labeled to mark their new location. Two ceiling fans were also replaced during this visit.
Tech John replaced one standard receptacle with a WR/TR GFCI receptacle and replaced another standard receptacle with a WR/TR receptacle. Both receptacles had flip covers which were replaced with clear in-use covers. A chandelier wire was spliced and extended during this visit for the customer to add chain and install themself as requested.
Tech John replaced GFCI receptacle in garage that was feeding basement circuit. Basement circuit had additional existing GFCI receptacle on load side of garage GFCI. This can cause issues with nuisance tripping, which seemed to be the case. The basement GFCI was replaced with a standard receptacle since it is getting GFCI protection from the garage receptacle. Power was restored, and the circuit was tested and verified to be operational after repair.
Tech diagnosed a tripping living room circuit Tech found that 1 wire coming from the front door 3 gang switch box was causing the circuit to trip when switched on Tech could not find where this wire went because of limited access Tech disconnected the wire from the switch and capped it off inside the box Everything else on the circuit worked fine at the time of diagnosis Tech found that the wire coming into the fireplace to power the blower was damaged somewhere that is inaccessible behind the fireplace Tech disconnected and capped off the wire and recommends installing new wiring for the blower unit
