Inspected whole home electrical system and found that a ground rod was missing as well as a whole home surge protector and multiple junction boxes. Also isolated neutral wires in the main panel

Tech John diagnosed issue with no power to bedroom, hall, and laundry lights. Upon diagnosis, the cause was determined to be a broken switch in the hallway that was not sending power to the rest of the circuit. Both switches in the outlet box were damaged, so they were both replaced and a new cover plate was installed. The circuit was tested and verified by the tech and homeowner to be operational after repair.

Homeowner purchased new dishwasher and needed the existing wiring moved from the floor to the wall. Tech John relocated wiring to wall outlet and installed a new receptacle so dishwasher could be plugged in using the included cord.
