Tech John diagnosed issue with no power to bedroom, hall, and laundry lights. Upon diagnosis, the cause was determined to be a broken switch in the hallway that was not sending power to the rest of the circuit. Both switches in the outlet box were damaged, so they were both replaced and a new cover plate was installed. The circuit was tested and verified by the tech and homeowner to be operational after repair.
