Tech John diagnosed issue with washer not having power. The issue was determined to be a loose connection on a neutral wire termination causing the wire to melt. The receptacle was replaced, the wire was trimmed back to fresh copper, and the connections were remade. Power was restored, and the circuit was tested and verified to be operating properly after repair.
