Tech John diagnosed A/C not getting power. A 15-amp 240V breaker was found tripped at the meter base. The circuit was inspected for any signs of damage, loose connections, shorting, etc. that would cause the breaker to trip. The circuit was in good condition, so the breaker was reset and correct voltage was verified inside disconnect and inside A/C unit. The HVAC technician present said the the unit had a bad capacitor and was likely the cause of the breaker tripping. Homeowner was advised if issue persists after repair, the breaker was be faulty/damaged and need replaced.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Cole a 20! He was very courteous, on time, and personable. His work ethic was excellent, and he completed all the tasks I requested with proficiency. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself, and he was forthcoming about the estimates for each task to be completed. Cole was recommended to me, and I will recommend him to anyone who has a need for electrical services.

Chris made an appointment to come to my home, he arrived on time, very professional, informed me of each step to correct my problem. His pricing is very competitive and his customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend his company.

Mark at Mr.Value was great. He was courteous, prompt and did a fantastic job getting everything working after a storm knocked out power to some of our house. He gave us really great recommendations for our home (but without the pressure or sales pitch) one that we added today & some that we will definitely do to improve our home in the future. I also think that the price was fair & reasonable plus I like that the company guarantees their work and came out the same day we called. We will call on Mark & Mr. Value again.

Looking to cut the cord (eliminating cable/satellite and going antenna for locals) but found that I needed a whole house ground before installing a roof antenna. Grounding regs were different when my home was built. Also had a number of close lightning strikes that killed some equipment, resulting in a few hundred bucks unexpected spend on replacing equipment. So, all told, time for a whole house ground install. Gave Mr. Value a call, got a quote and had the work done that day. Didn't bother calling for another quote (I usually do) just based on the level of professionalism and knowledge from Chris and Mark. Hopefully it's a solid investment against any more issues.
