I am very pleased with the service Cole provided! He called before arriving and was on time. He was very professional, friendly, and well mannered. We are in the process of moving and he had to move some heavy items to get to the electrical outlets. He did so with such a great attitude! He answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the work that needed to be done and reviewed pricing. I’m felt very comfortable with him in our home. We will use Mr. Value and request Cole for all our future electronic needs. So impressed with the service. Thank you, Cole!

Had an existing ceiling fan and down rod in a 2-story family room replaced with a new one . Great communication with the company: called the night before to confirm the appointment time, received a call the next morning when the electrician, Mark, was on his way and received a follow-up call from Robert after Mark left making sure we were satisfied with his work. Mark was fantastic - answered all my questions as he doing the installation, and was quick and efficient. Mr. Value Electricians will be our go to company for all our future electrical needs and we will definitely request Mark!

Mark was very nice and capable. He clearly explained the cost before the work started and asked if I wanted to continue with the project. He covered the floor, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. The fan/light fixture in our two story family room needed a new sensor and wall control. He dusted the fan while up on a 14ft. ladder and then explained how everything worked.

I had an emergency electrical situation. Not only did I get a prompt response to my phone call, but Mark, the electrician, was professional and very knowledgeable and skilled. He quickly diagnosed the problem and also was very up front with pricing. He also let us know other electrical work that needed to be done, but he also didn't pressure us into anything. Great company and great electrician. I would use them again

Chris at "Mr Value" came out when I needed an electrician at 11:00 at night! We had to call the fire dept and they told us to contact a licensed electrician and advised us to spend the night away from my house until we could have someone analyze the problem. We never had to leave and Chris came back the next morning and fixed my breakers. He is intelligent and trustworthy. I have felt very secure in my home since he helped me. I also appreciated the different options in pricing, depending on how much I wanted replaced in my 35 year old, out of code, home. Thank you, Chris AKA "Mr Value"
