John was very friendly and thorough, found our problem quickly and solved it. Then he went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have any other issues.
Tech John diagnosed chandelier that kept flickering. Problem was determined to be a loose connection on the neutral wire in canopy. All junctions in canopy were remade to ensure proper connection. Homeowner mentioned previous water leak in exterior wall at switch box. Switch box was inspected for water damage; no damage was found. Coach light on exterior wall was presumed to be the source of water leak. Coach light housing was siliconed as a courtesy to protect from any potential leaks in the future.
