My service technician Mark was great. He arrived on time, answered my many questions, and explained every step of his work. After spending three hours in my home, we discovered one outlet that was still without power. Mark did not hesitate to pull his tools back out to find and fix the problem. The entire experience was better than I ever hoped for. If I have any problems in the future I know exactly who I'm going to call.

Based on a referral I received from my property manager, I called Mr. Value Electrical and spoke to Chris. I told him about a problem I was having with an A/C unit not coming on in one of my properties. I scheduled an appt with him to come out to the property the following day to diagnose the problem. The day of the appt, I received a call from Charlie telling me that Chris was on his way and he'd be on site within the hour. I really appreciated the one hour advance notice given by Charlie. I hope I'm saying the name right. Chris arrived on time and as stated that he would. I must say that I was taken back by his youthful appearance. I really thought I was going to meet some fifty something year old contractor/electrician. He came inside, but before entering he actually put booties on over his shoes. That is something I almost always have to ask a contractor to do before entering my home. I really appreciated him doing so without me even asking. After a brief discussion about what I was experiencing and what it would cost to troubleshoot my breaker box, Chris went right to work. Upon removing the cover from the electrical panel he immediately discovered that a breaker that was installed by the previous owner/electrician was improperly slotted inside the electrical panel. Once the adjustment was made to the improperly slotted breaker it was nothing but cool breeze from that point on coming from the A/C. Chris also made recommendations for other electrical work, which I will have done in the very near future. Chris was professional and I was most pleased with the work that did for me. Don't be fooled by his youthful appearance either; Chris knows what he's doing. I will definitely use him again for all my electrical needs and I will certainly recommend him and his staff to others. I would rate him more than a 5 if the system allowed me to. Thanks again Chris.
