Job Locations and Reviews

Installed a combination recessed light and bathroom exhaust fan (bath can) on a new 15-amp dedicated circuit. Fan rated at 80 CFM and 1.0 sones for quiet operation. Routed 4-inch insulated duct through attic and terminated with a weatherproof vent hood on the exterior wall. Verified proper airflow and sealed all duct connections. NEC requires all bathroom fans to vent directly to the outside—never into attic spaces—to prevent moisture buildup and mold.

Installed new 14/2 NM cable from the switch box to the ceiling location for a customer-supplied bathroom exhaust fan. Mounted a single-pole switch on an existing circuit and verified load compatibility. Routed insulated 4" duct through attic space and properly terminated to an exterior vent hood with backdraft damper. All wiring secured per NEC guidelines, and fan vented to the outside to meet moisture control and code compliance standards. Proper ventilation prevents humidity damage and mold growth.
